Rosemary brings body wisdom to her students young and old; enriching their lives in a positive and refreshing way! She shares her knowledge of brain development, self-expression, and integrated movement through Creative Kids Yoga®, her dynamic teacher training program.

Rosemary’s work has spanned the past 30 years and includes children of all ages and abilities. She holds a BS in Education from Tufts University and was elected a teaching fellow at Harvard University. Rosemary has directed the Nashua Arts and Science Center, and has taught at Rivier College in the Education Department and White Wing School in Nashua, NH.

As a professional-level Kripalu yoga teacher and Phoenix Rising yoga therapist, she presents workshops nationally and internationally. She is the founder/director of Moving Spirit in Merrimack, NH where she currently teaches classes

She is the mother of five children (four boys and one girl) and a proud grandmother!
Many of Rosemary’s yoga & creative dance students have been coming back to her classes for over 20 years!
As a Phoenix Rising yoga therapist, she provides one-to-one yoga therapy sessions to clients in Merrimack, NH.
Apple trees grow around Rosemary’s house and she loves to make cider with her family in the fall.
She is a graduate of an Advanced Chakra Training with Anodea Judith & Selene Vega.
Barbara Mettler & Anne Green Gilbert are two of her most influential creative dance teachers who continue to inspire Rosemary’s work.
Rosemary’s first visit to Kripalu was in the 1960’s before it was Kripalu (it was then a Jesuit Monastery). Years later, in the 1980’s, she took her first workshop with Megha (Nancy Buttenheim) and her Kripalu Yoga teacher training with Todd Norian.
She is certified as a Stott Pilates instructor and a Level II Reiki practitioner.
In 2008, she journeyed on a pilgrimage to India "Journey to the Other Half of the Soul", with Russill and Asha Paul.
Rosemary is currently studying with Lael Keen in a Somatic Experience Training Program (Trauma Therapy) founded by Dr. Peter Levine.
She has been a Member of BNI, Business Network International for three years.
She enjoys ongoing dance, movement and yoga trainings in experiential anatomy, rolfing and somatics with teachers Caryn McHose and Kevin Frank.
Rosemary is certified in Gessell Developmental Evaluations for children.
In 2006, Rosemary presented a Yoga & Dance Workshop at Dance & The Child International (daCi) Conference in The Hague, Netherlands and brought a group of students from her studio.
She ran a 5-Day Teacher Training in Reykavik, Iceland in 2003.
Rosemary has been a guest yoga instructor on Business Spotlight, a local television program
Rosemary was invited to Russia as an entrepreneurial business woman to support Russian women interested in starting their own businesses.
Rosemary enjoys singing in Women Spirit Song, a group of 70 women of all ages, directed by Victoria Schneider. She has been a member since 1998
